Using tiny microphones and audio recorders, graduate student Sophia Haley from the University of Nevada, Reno, is listening in on the mountain chickadee to learn about their calls and what they mean. Come along as Haley introduces us to these charismatic birds and their songs at her study site at Sagehen Experimental Forest in California.
