Moose on the Move: A Surprising New Species Arrives in Nevada

By Ray Grosser

Moose are in Nevada! If you find yourself in the Northwestern part of the state, keep an eye out for these magnificent animals. And if you are lucky enough to see a moose, make sure to report it to the Nevada Department of Wildlife. This way, NDOW can continue to collect important information about moose and their presence in Nevada. And as always, make sure to give wild animals their space. These guys can run up to 30 miles per hour — so don’t moose around! An animated short by Ray Grosser.
