Yadhira Gomez is a Senior at the Reynolds School of Journalism, with a passion for storytelling through photography. She produced this project as part of the Hitchcock Project’s spring 2026 travel reporting course to La Selva Research Station in Costa Rica. As a coffee lover, experiencing the world of Costa Rican coffee was the greatest honor of her life.
